Die nackten Füße einer unterlebensgroßen Figur stehen auf einer flachen Platte (Plinthe). Das lange Gewand der Statue reicht bis auf die Platte hinab. Hinter den Fersen formt das Gewand ein Oval, das der Figur als stabile Standfläche dient.
Die Füße gehören zu einer Gruppe von sechs Fußpaaren aus Terrakotta, die im Bereich des offenen Hofes des Heiligtums auf dem Felsen aufgestellt waren. Sie standen dicht beieinander und waren alle nach Osten, in Richtung der aufgehenden Sonne, ausgerichtet.
English version:
The naked feet of an under life-sized statue stand on a flat slab (plinth). The long dress of the statue reaches all the way down unto the plinth. Behind the heels, the dress forms an oval shape that supports the standing statue.
The pair of feet belongs to a group of six pairs of terracotta feet that were placed in the open courtyard of the sanctuary, directly on the bedrock. They stood close together and were all facing east, towards the rising sun.
Ελληνική απόδοση:
Τα γυμνά πόδια ενός αγάλματος μικρότερου του φυσικού μεγέθους εδράζονται πάνω σε μια επίπεδη πλάκα (βάθρο). Το μακρύ ένδυμα του αγάλματος εκτείνεται έως το βάθρο. Πίσω από τις φτέρνες, το ένδυμα σχηματίζει ωοειδή πτύχωση λειτουργώντας ως στήριγμα του όρθιου αγάλματος.
Το ζευγάρι ποδιών ανήκει σε ομάδα έξι ζευγών ποδιών από πηλό, τα οποία ήταν τοποθετημένα στην ανοιχτή αυλή του ιερού, απευθείας επί του φυσικού βράχου. Τα αντικείμενα ήταν διατεταγμένα σε εγγύτητα μεταξύ τους και ήταν όλα στραμμένα προς την ανατολή, προς τον ανατέλλοντα ήλιο.
